Research/Development @ Unilever, Chemistry & Pharma
Required -
Masters degree in chemistry, chemical engineering Pharmacy
or equivalent
Technical expertise in Chemistry with a proven track record.
3-5 years experience in personal care product development,
Exposure to oral care formulations preferred.
Well versed with the R&D functional excellence
requirements for a design role.
Well versed with the new product development process and its
requirements.
Well versed with stability protocols, formulation science
and technology development.
Should be familiar with basic analytical tests and
instrumentation.
Should have experience of using formulation assessment tools
like viscometer, rheometer, pH meter etc.
Should be familiar with GLP and GMP requirements.
Should be familiar with consumer testing of new products and
consumer insighting.
Should be familiar with claim support process.
Should be familiar with basic regulatory requirements for
Personal care products including Oral care.
Ability to work in teams, good communication skills, good
presentation skill.
Desired –
Experience in statistics, clinical and claim support will be
added advantage.
