Job Description For CSV Engineer:
- Application administrator for all Equipment & Instrument connected - Applications in Pharma R&D Labs, QA and QC
- User and Role Management in all Pharma laboratory Applications
- Preparation of SOP related to Administration, Data backup, User & Role Management, etc., as required for the role Data backup, restore, archive as per Application schedule
- Periodic verification of backup data Installation & Qualification of Instruments, work with Vendor & IT team as required
- Application trouble shooting and liaising with the Application Vendor as required
- Setup system and user policies define SOPs as required, review and approve related SOPs
- Monthly data backup path creation, i.e., Monthly folder creation, where needed
Manage Instruments Administrator password
- Work with IT team to troubleshoot network path/ access issues that affects data retrieval/ archival or any other operations of the Application
Qualification- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech-IT
