We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates
for our API Manufacturing operations.
Candidates possessing good communication skill and
exposure in API Manufacturing facility are invited for interview.
Position: Associate - Production
Position: Associate - Production
Experience: Min 1 - Max 4 Years in API manufacturing
Qualification: B. Sc. or Diploma in chemical engineering
Location: Pithampur,
Indore
Responsibilities:
1. To follow safety instruction & norms during manufacturing.
2. Ensure calibration status of all the temp indicators,
pressure gauges& equipment are OK before starting the batch.
3. Charging of batches as per SOP& BPR.
4. Operation of utility valve & calibration of balance as per SOP.
5. In-process sampling for reaction monitoring / in-process drying.
6. Cleaning of equipment and manufacturing area as per respective SOP& BPR.
7. Movement, labeling & proper segregation of material as per SOP& BPR.
8. On- line recording of BPR , usage log book , cleaning log book, temperature & humidity record, filter aids, differential pressure record of area, balance verification & calibration record &other all related document to production.
9. To follow laid down cGMP practices during manufacturing.
10. To attend on job/ SOP/Schedule training as per requirement.
11. Report to shift in charge if any kind of deviation / unsafe working condition is observed.
