Job Description
Technical Competencies :
Operation of the Equipments like reactors,
dryers, centrifuges etc. are as per the instruction given in Batch
Manufacturing Records (BMR) or other related documents.
Monitoring and controlling the production
process on the shop floor as per the instructions given in BMR.
Behavioral Competencies :
Ensures delivery of accurate and complete
work within designated timelines.
Builds and maintains productive
relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
Understands and follows the Code of Conduct,
policies, and procedures relevant to job accountabilities
