Project Title: “Development of genomics guided novel diagnostic and targeted therapeutic strategies for gastric cancer”

1. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW -JRF -A (1):

Essential Qualification: First class M.Sc./ M.Tech, in Biotechnology / Genetics / Genomics / Zoology / Biomedical Science / Biochemistry / related branch of life sciences. Hands-on Expertise in Molecular Biology or Cell Biology or NGS or Genome-wide Profile Analysis is mandatory. NET / GATE qualified applicants are favoured.

2. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW -JRF – B (1):

Essential Qualification: First class M.Sc. / M.Tech, in Bioinformatics / Computational Biology / Computer Applications / Computer Science or related subjects. Candidates with hands-on experience in NGS / Genome-wide Profile Analysis / Big Data Analysis would be preferred. It is mandatory to have working knowledge in the Programming Languages R / Python / Perl or with Genomic Data Analysis. NET / GATE qualified candidates would be preferred

3. Required Qualification, Duration & Fellowship:

• NET/GATE/BET, etc, Qualification Criteria & Fellowship: As per DBT norms
• Duration: Until the project period of March 2020 / until DBT support
