NATIONAL HEALTH MISSION MEGHALAYA:::::::::::::::SHILLONG invites application from eligible and interested candidates

In partial modification of Advt.No. DHS/MCH/NRHM/Appt-Advt/Pt/56/2014/6078 Dated: 20.11.2018 for implementation of NHM in the State of Meghalaya, the office of the Director of Health Services (MCH&FW) Meghalaya, Shillong invites application from eligible and interested candidates for the following posts on Contract Basis as per detailed below:-

Administrative Coordinator (Community Process Programme/ Comprehensive Primary Health Care) 

(a)Bachelor's degree in any field. 

(b)2+ years ‘experience in the field of Public Health Programmes or any health related is preferable. 

(c )Preference will be given for candidates having experience in NHM programmes. 

(d)Familiarity with/ having worked in community health worker programmes, or on empowerment of health volunteers or NGO health projects or on involvement of PRIs in Health projects. 

(e) Sensitivity to and knowledge and experience of working on issues related to monitoring of health projects and coordination of Government & NGO cooperation in health programmes at the grassroots set-up. 

(f) Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities.

 (g) Those with a mix of work experience in grass-root level programme as well as experience at district or state level programme management in large development programmes will be given preference. 

(h) Work experience in handling database support of health or Social sector projects. 

(i)Age limit: up to 35 years of age. 

(j) Candidates should be conversant with the use of computers in Word Processing, Worksheets for data computation, basis analysis, internet use and presentation. 

(k) Candidates should be able to tour extensively for monitoring and supervision.

Programme Coordinator (IEC/BCC/RBS K/RKSK) 

(a)Bachelor's degree in any field. 

(b)2+ years ‘experience in the field of Public Health Programmes or any health Related is preferable. 

(c )Preference will be given for candidates having experience in NHM programmes.

2. Application complete with Bio Data should reach the office of the Director of Health Services (MCH&FW),Upper New Colony, Health Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong-793003 on or before the 16th August 2019 up to 4.30 P.M and no application will be entertained after the closing date. The envelope containing the application should be super scribed with the name of the post applied for. 

3. Candidates will be called for written test as per recommendations of the screening committee constituted for the purpose. 

4. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason thereof. 

5. The schedule of written test/interview for the respective post will be published in the website and in the office notice Board. All applicants are advised to visit the website or the office Notice Board accordingly. No separate individual call letter for written test/interview will be sent. 

6. All relevant Certificates Testimonials etc (IN ORIGINAL) to be produced at the time of interview if shortlisted/qualified. 

7. No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants for attending the interview.

 8. CANDIDATES WHO HAVE ALREADY APPLIED BEFORE NEED NOT APPLY AGAIN
