Applicants are invited for Junior Research Fellow @ National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad, Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences


Applicants are invited to appear for a walk-in interview for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad, on 29th Aug 2019 at 10:30 am. One position of Junior Research Fellow against the following project:

(i) DBT funded project entitled “Identification and characterization of virulence factors of Aspergillus fumigatus field isolates from poultry chicken”. PI: Dr. Prasad Dasari.

Eligibility: Post Graduate degree in professional courses (M. Tech in Life Sciences/M. V. Sc., etc.) or Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences 

(Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology) with NET qualification. However, Non-NET candidates can also apply who will be paid as per their eligibility.

Project Duration: 6 months

Fellowship amount: Fellowship amount: Rs. 31,000/-+24% HRA=38,440/-PM as per the DST guidelines.

Experience: Candidate with experience in Biochemistry, Molecular biology and 
Immunological techniques is desirable. Candidates having prior experience in working with Aspergillus fumigatus will be preferred.

Age: 30 years (Relaxation is applicable in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government instructions)
