Position Assistant Professor (Research)
Role and Responsibilities Under the guidance of Dean,
Research and Dean, Academic Affairs, the incumbent shall
perform the following role and responsibilities;
(i) Conduct interdisciplinary research in relevant areas of
law in collaboration with teaching and research staff
including honorary members and students;
(ii) Provide research assistance to teaching and research
staff as and when required;
(iii) Develop, plan, execute, monitor and report
interdisciplinary research in collaboration with external
universities, institutions, government departments,
industrial and economic agencies, judiciary within India
and abroad;
(iv) Provide research counseling and scholastic assistance to
Teaching and Research Associates;
(v) Provide input to general teaching faculty on latest
research developments and emerging research trends in
respective fields;
(vi) Participate in overall planning and development of
academic, research, training and extension programs and
activities of the University;
(vii)Conduct research based training and extension activities
in the relevant area;
(viii) Perform any other duties including administrative,
coordination, etc. as required to achieve the aims and
objectives of the University
