Applications
are invited for a temporary post of Postdoctoral Fellowship under National
Biopharma Mission (NBM) Industry-Academia Collaborative Project funded by
BIRAC, Govt of India in Centre for Bio Separation Technology, Vellore Institute
of Technology (VIT), Vellore.
Title of the
Project : High yielding cell line development of a Factor VIII biosimilar with
a novel purification strategy
Qualification
: PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Genetic Engineering/Biotechnology//Life
Sciences
Desirable (if
any) : Experience in enzyme/protein purification and protein chemistry is
strongly desirable
Stipend :
Rs.47,000/ per month + 10% HRA. The rules of DST’s postdoctoral Fellowship applies

Duration :
Project duration 2 years; Appointment will be renewed every 8 months

assessment studies;
Description of
work: The selected candidate needs to undertake ecological studies in remote field sites of Chattisgarh
state.
